GENERAL APPLICATIONS
- Low temperature transfer of chemicals
- Lower pressure transfer of enamels, lacquers and other finishes

- Spraying of automobile “rustproofing” fluids
CONSTRUCTION
- Tube – Phthalate free co-extruded blue LLDPE/Rubber Blend
- Reinforcement – High tensile strength yarn
- Static wire – Embedded copper wire for static conductivity (see note below)‡
- Cover – Phthalate free black Rubber Blend; Branded “Paint Fluid”
SERVICE TEMPERATURE RANGE
+15°F (-10°C) to +160°F (+70°C)
FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
- Paint Transfer – Excellent resistance to paint fluids, lacquers and solvents.
- Static Conductivity – Copper wire may be used for static conductivity. (see below‡).
- Excellent Chemical Resistance – Outstanding resistance to acids, caustics, salts and aqueous solutions. Not recommended for prolonged exposure to aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons. See Chemical Resistance Guide
- Lightweight – Lighter weight than rubber hoses, reduces worker fatigue.
- Cold Flex Materials – Remains flexible and easy to handle in sub-zero temperatures.
- Fittings – Compatible with popular spray fittings such as Binks and DeVilbiss.

NOTES:
† Working Pressure decreases as temperature increases. Pressure ratings can only be obtained with proper coupling procedures.
• Use of compression fittings with Kuri Tec® yarn-reinforced hose is not recommended. Claims involving use of these fittings will be disallowed.
CAUTION: ‡ This product is designed to dissipate static electricity when the metal wire is properly connected to ground, through the fitting or other means.
CAUTION: NOT FOR USE WITH HOT PAINT. DO NOT EXCEED TEMPERATURE OF +125°F (+52°C).
WARNING: Immersion of the hose in solvents for an extended period of time is not recommended due to potential swelling of the hose jacket.
